All Brandzz makes every effort to deliver the orders on time. Whereas please note there might be certain orders that we can’t process and must cancel. Might be due to limitation of stocks, sizes not available, purchase, errors or errors in pricing and stock information, or issues caused due to credit and fraud.
Please note to cancel the order kindly contact our team at email@example.com. We will cancel the order and refund the entire amount only if the order has not been processed or shipped out by us.
The refund will be credited to the same mode of payment that was used to purchase. A refund will be made within 7 working days. In some cases, it may take longer for your bank to reflect the credit posted on the card.
For maintaining hygiene we won’t accept any returns. Cancellation of the order is only possible if the order has not been processed or shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If the package is damaged, we request that you do not open the package and contact the customer service team.
