Parcel and Packaging

We send you the invoices and package together with respect to different states/courier duties and regulations. The general name of the products is displayed on the package.

If the parcel you received is damaged in transportation then we will process a refund or replacement for the particular item once it is done with the investigation and claim.

If the package is lost in transportation we will give the refund and replacement for the courier as soon as the courier has attended an inquiry and considered the parcel lost.

Once you order the products they will be delivered within 10-12 Business days. Your package will be delivered to you within 10-12 working days (Mon to Fri). If the orders are placed using Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or any other payment wallet, then the order will be confirmed once the payment has been verified.

Delay in Delivery

If we face any delay in delivery due to customer unavailability or errors in billing location or invalid information provided by you in terms of contact numbers for delivery, then you might face delay as it is the process which we don’t have control over.

Delivery to certain areas where there are poor weather, security reason or poor accessibility may have a longer delivery period.

Shipping charges

There might be shipping charges based on products and location. This will be displayed at the time of checkout.

We try to ship all the products together on time, but however, this may not always be feasible due to product features, or availability. Also, if you face any issue with the pin codes then you can reach us via our contact us page. And we will try all possible means to provide a solution.

In cases where a client orders multiple orders in a day or two, we might combine orders and ship them all together.

Tracking

We will send you the email for confirmation, shipping, order delivered, and Feedback to keep track of customer couriers.

We have a tie-up with leading courier service providers.

Change Of Delivery Address

If requests to change your delivery address, we will be able to change the address but please note it will be done only before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out Of Stock

If the ordered item is out of stock then All Brandzz can cancel and refund the item amount.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If there is any delay in delivery then please contact us so that we can check from our end for the issue in delay.
